## Description

We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer to work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deploy, customize, and integrate technology solutions into customer environments. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with customer-facing communication, problem-solving, and implementation experience., * Work directly with customers to understand business requirements, technical challenges, and deployment needs.

 * Design, develop, and implement customized software solutions based on customer requirements.
 * Deploy and integrate applications, APIs, and data pipelines into customer environments.
 * Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver solutions.
 * Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
 * Build proof of concepts (POCs) and prototypes to demonstrate technical solutions.
 * Configure and optimize applications across cloud and on-premises environments.
 * Gather customer feedback and translate business needs into technical improvements.
 * Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and production rollout.
 * Document technical solutions, deployment processes, and integration architecture.
