## Description

What You'll Do

 * Design, develop, and scale modern full stack applications supporting high-volume business users.
 * Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performing customer-facing web applications.
 * Develop scalable APIs, services, and application architecture.
 * Contribute to technical architecture and engineering decisions with a focus on scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.
 * Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
 * Develop and integrate AI-enabled product features and intelligent workflow capabilities.
 * Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and overall system efficiency.
 * Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and development workflows.
 * Identify and reduce technical debt while continuing to accelerate product development.
 * Establish and promote strong engineering practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
 * Use modern AI coding agents and development tools to accelerate software development, testing, debugging, and delivery.
 * Take ownership of projects and deliver solutions from concept through production.
