## Description

The role of Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) is to drive execution across complex, cross-functional programs within the SPP organization. This role sits at the center of product development, manufacturing ramp, and customer delivery, ensuring that programs progress with clear ownership, alignment, and on-time execution., This role leads end-to-end execution of product and customer programs from development through production ramp. It establishes structured program plans, defines milestones, and ensures alignment across R&D, Fab Operations, Reliability Engineering, and Product Line Management.

 * Lead NPD, NPI, and customer programs with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables
 * Drive cross-functional coordination across R&D, Ops, Reliability Engineering, and PLM
 * Maintain visibility into program status, risks, and dependencies
 * Identify risks early and drive mitigation with accountable owners
 * Establish execution cadence including program reviews and reporting
 * Coordinate Tier-1 customer programs and qualification timelines
 * Align program execution with manufacturing readiness and capacity ramp
 * Bring structure to complex, ambiguous situations and drive accountability
