## About the Role

On Site Support, On Site Support, Access Control, Security Attacks, System Test, Blueprints, Building Codes, Safety Standards, Safety/Work Safety, Systems Administration/Management, * Experience with SoftwareHouse CCure 9000, preferably certified

 * Experience with: Access control
 * Intrusion systems (Burglar Systems)
 * CCTV systems
 * Ability to read blueprints
 * Knowledge of electronics and excellent troubleshooting skills; ability to program a plus
 * Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills
 * Technical degree in electronics or equivalent work experience
 * Experience performing installation duties in commercial security or related industries
 * Valid driver's license with clear driving record
 * Ability to drive to and from work office and work sites

## Description

Position Summary: The Installation Field Technician is primarily responsible for installing and servicing commercial security products including intrusion, access control, video, and fire systems., * Install and service commercial security devices/systems including intrusion, access control, video, and fire

 * Complete final system testing upon completion of installation or service
 * Interpret scopes of work and blueprints
 * Abide by building code standards and company safety standards
 * Identify and prepare pathways and supports for new cabling system installations
 * Pull copper and coaxial cable in backbone, horizontal and riser environments
 * Exhibit professional appearance and conduct
 * Communicate with Service Coordinators, Technicians, Project Mangers, Field Managers and other co-workers as required regarding project or call status
 * Provide exceptional customer service
 * Participate in on-call schedule
