## About the Role

Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Analysis Skills, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Problem Solving Skills, Automation, Atlassian JIRA, We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused professional with deep expertise in Business Intelligence, data visualization, and AI-enabled analytics solutions. This individual will leverage data to analyze complex business problems, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization., * Minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience.

 * Must have Jira experience, including Jira automation.
 * Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
 * Experience with Agentic AI platforms such as Claude.
 * Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to present findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior leaders and executive audiences.
 * Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

 * Experience with Confluence.
 * Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry is preferred but not required.

## Description

* Identify and interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
 * Develop and validate key performance indicators (KPIs).
 * Design queries and analytical models that quantitatively measure business performance.
 * Translate business requirements into reporting and dashboard specifications.
 * Deliver scalable analytics solutions using Agentic AI platforms such as Claude.
