 * Strong hands-on experience implementing Fiserv DNA.
 * Experience in greenfield bank setup or bank charter conversion (preferred).
 * Deep knowledge of core integrations and banking operations.

## Description

Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Fiserv DNA core banking platform to support Ford Credit's transition into regulated banking operations., * Architect and configure Fiserv DNA core banking modules:

 + Deposits
 + Loans
 + General Ledger (GL)
 + Payments
 + Customer Information File (CIF)
 * Lead core conversion, product setup, and regulatory configuration aligned to banking license requirements.
 * Design integrations with digital onboarding (Mantl), fraud/decisioning (Alloy), and downstream systems.
 * Drive data migration and testing strategy (SIT/UAT).
 * Lead go-live planning and execution.
 * Ensure compliance with FDIC, OCC, BSA/AML, and regulatory requirements.
 * Provide post go-live production support and performance optimization.
