## About the Role

 * Strong multi-tasking abilities
 * Excellent English oral and written communications skills
 * Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
 * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Education Requirements:

 * BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent education and experience)

## Description

* Own the administration of security platforms, including WAF, Endpoint protection, SIEM and similar. Provide Tier-3 technical support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis
 * Participate in security incident investigation
 * Manage vulnerability management program across infrastructure, lead the remediation effort and coordination.
 * Fine-tune WAF and endpoint policies based on security alerts, attack trends, and business requirements to strengthen application security.
 * Lead CIS benchmark-based compliance scanning and security hardening initiatives across enterprise environments
 * Develop security automation using scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python) to improve operational efficiency and visibility
 * Responds to and resolves support requests, Coordinates and communicates with users
 * Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours
