## Description

We are seeking a mid-level Enterprise Observability Engineer for our Dallas client. This role focuses on designing and implementing automated monitoring solutions, managing observability tools (Dynatrace, ThousandEyes, Evolven), and supporting 24/7 production environments in both on-premise and cloud infrastructures., * Monitor infrastructure, applications, and websites; resolve Level 1 issues and escalate when necessary

 * Perform advanced Level 2 diagnostics, including log analysis and performance troubleshooting
 * Design and configure observability tools such as Ftrace, ThousandEyes, Evolven
 * Implement Level 0 automation (e.g., auto-ticketing, alert routing)
 * Integrate data into event intelligence platforms for real-time visibility
 * Lead and coordinate incident response using observability insights
 * Maintain shift logs and ensure effective communication during shift handovers
 * Train and support teams on monitoring tools and processes
 * Collaborate on SLO/SLI metrics and performance tuning
 * Participate in on-call rotation, including after-hours/weekend shifts
 * Obtain Dynatrace Specialist certification within 6 months of hire
