## Description

* Design, configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
 * Participate in end-to-end ECP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
 * Configure payroll processes and ensure integration between Employee Central and ECP.
 * Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP ECP solutions.
 * Support payroll testing, issue resolution, data validation, and production activities.
 * Collaborate with HR, payroll, integration, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
 * Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support for ECP-related issues.
