## Description

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with Trade Floor support experience to provide white-glove IT support for front-office users in a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows desktop support skills, experience supporting trading floors, and knowledge of market data platforms.

Role and Responsibilities:

 * Provide white-glove desktop support for traders, portfolio managers, and research teams.
 * Support Windows desktops, laptops, and high-performance workstations.
 * Configure and troubleshoot multi-monitor setups.
 * Support market data platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and FactSet.
 * Troubleshoot Active Directory, VPN, Citrix/VDI, and networking issues.
 * Manage incidents through ServiceNow or Jira while meeting SLAs.
 * Support Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
 * Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve critical issues.
 * Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.
