Role Summary: Design, build, and operationalize AI-powered capabilities within ServiceNow using Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. Enable intelligent automation and business productivity through AI-driven solutions. The requirements align with ServiceNow GenAI and enterprise AI integration capabilities referenced in ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITSM, Catalog & GenAI).docx., * Configure and implement ServiceNow AI and Now Assist capabilities.

 * Design GenAI-driven use cases for case summarization, knowledge generation, virtual agents, and task automation.
 * Build AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions.
 * Integrate external LLMs and AI services with ServiceNow.
 * Develop prompt engineering and RAG-based solutions.
 * Configure AI governance, monitoring, and security controls.
 * Support AI adoption and business value realization.
 * Collaborate with architects and process owners to identify AI opportunities.
