## About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master to join their customers team on a remote contract basis. We are looking for candidates with Healthcare experience!

Required Experience

 * 4-7+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead

 * Certified Scrum Master

 * Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or Scrum-ban

 * Familiarity with LLMs, machine learning environments, or AI-enabled development

 * Strong experience with Jira and Confluence

 * Ability to adapt quickly and lead teams through change

 * Healthcare or value-based care experience

Preferred Experience

 * Experience in environments with rapid iteration or RAD-style development

 * Strong understanding of engineering capacity planning
