Nice to Have * Experience in manufacturing, industrial plants or factory environments. * Knowledge of IT/OT coexistence environments. * Experience supporting critical operations environments. * Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Systems or related field. * Experience with industrial infrastructure support. ## Description We are currently looking for an IT Systems Support Technician to join a long-term international project in Olathe, Kansas, supporting a global leader in radar technologies, communications systems and advanced engineering solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly stable and strategic industrial environment where technology plays a key role in operational continuity, manufacturing performance and mission-critical systems support. You will work alongside multidisciplinary technical teams in a cutting-edge industrial ecosystem, supporting the daily operation of local IT infrastructure and ensuring maximum system availability within a high-demand production environment., As part of the onsite IT Operations team, you will act as a key technical point of contact for plant users and local infrastructure operations, ensuring the reliability and continuity of IT services in a highly critical industrial environment. You will provide Level 2 technical support, basic systems administration and endpoint management while collaborating with infrastructure, network and operational teams to resolve incidents efficiently and maintain operational stability. Main Responsibilities * Provide Level 2 IT support to plant and operational users. * Support Windows client and server environments. * Manage users, permissions and groups within Active Directory. * Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams and OneDrive. * Manage endpoints and devices using Microsoft Intune. * Troubleshoot local infrastructure, workstations and connectivity issues. * Perform basic switch replacement and network troubleshooting. * Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors when required. * Support industrial operations where IT availability is business-critical. * Ensure service continuity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
