 * Strong understanding of the Oracle Health / Cerner architecture and data model
 * Strong understanding of core Microsoft technologies including Windows Server and Active Directory
 * Understanding of core networking concepts and troubleshooting skills
 * Understanding of Linux/RHEL (LPI certification an asset)
 * Understanding of CCL and discern rules
 * Understanding of Citrix environments
 * Understanding of Oracle Database administration and WebSphere Application Server configuration
 * Strong understanding of systems development life cycle
 * Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
