We are a full-service technology company providing comprehensive Managed IT Services for both business and retail customers. Our services include server and workstation management, networking, cybersecurity, backup solutions, firewalls, VoIP systems, remote/on-site support, break/fix services, and retail device repair. This is a non-sales, client-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on IT work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
