## About the Role

* Strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Time Management.
 * Strong knowledge of Time Evaluation, schemas and PCRs.
 * Strong SAP HCM PA/OM knowledge and understanding of HR tables, infotypes and objects.
 * Good knowledge of Payroll integration and end-to-end HR processes.
 * Experience with SAP HCM implementation/rollout projects and testing.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Belgian, Dutch and/or German Time Management experience is a strong asset

## Description

* Gather and analyze local HR/Time requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
 * Configure SAP HCM Time Management, including schemas, rules/PCRs and country-specific requirements.
 * Support workshops, functional design, testing, defect resolution and go-live activities.
 * Ensure integration with PA/OM, Payroll and other HR components/interfaces.
 * Prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
 * Analyze complex Time issues, perform root cause analysis and propose corrective solutions.
 * Support knowledge transfer toward the future MyTime support/TMA organization.
