## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationssicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erfahrung in der Beratung oder Umsetzung von Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance oder Privileged Access Management
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Entra ID, Authentifizierung, Autorisierung und hybriden Identitätsumgebungen
 * Verständnis von Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten, Joiner-Mover-Leaver-Prozessen, Rezertifizierung und regulatorischen Anforderungen
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit marktüblichen IAM-, IGA- oder PAM-Plattformen sowie Schnittstellen und Automatisierung
 * Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Beratung unserer Kund:innen bei der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Identity-&-Access-Management-Strategien, Zielbildern und Roadmaps
 * Analyse von Geschäfts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen sowie Gestaltung von Rollen-, Berechtigungs- und Governance-Modellen
 * Begleitung der Auswahl, Einführung und Optimierung von IAM-, IGA- und Privileged-Access-Management-Lösungen
 * Unterstützung bei Active Directory, Entra ID und hybriden Identitätsarchitekturen - von Assessments und Härtung bis zu Migration und Transformation
 * Konzeption und Verbesserung von Joiner-Mover-Leaver-, Access-Review-, Rezertifizierungs- und Bereitstellungsprozessen
 * Durchführung von Workshops, Assessments und Kundenprojekten sowie verständliche Aufbereitung technischer und organisatorischer Empfehlungen
