 * Preferred experience in areas such as Cross Domain Solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), VMware technologies, shell scripting, regular expressions (Regex), Active Directory, DNS, standards such as RFC, XEP and ISO, file transfer technologies, LDIF, XML and JSON schemas, and PKI and certificate management
 * Desirable skills include firewall technologies, Syslog, XMPP chat platforms, secure email solutions, enterprise messaging technologies, and LDIF administration

## Description

* Design and implement technical changes for secure gateway environments
 * Produce solution and change designs in line with customer requirements
 * Work with Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, and Project Managers to deliver technical outcomes
 * Support Security Operations Centre (SOC) and third-line teams with troubleshooting and issue resolution
 * Maintain platform availability, resilience, and performance
 * Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
 * Collaborate with engineering, security, and operational stakeholders
 * Support design reviews, documentation, and governance activities
 * Provide technical leadership, support architectural change, troubleshoot complex issues, and help ensure the continued availability and performance of critical security platforms
