Experience with Belgian SAP HCM Time Management.

Experience with Dutch SAP HCM Time Management.

Experience with German SAP HCM Time Management.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM Time Consultant to join a major HR transformation project with a leading international organisation.

The consultant will play an important role in gathering local requirements, configuring SAP HCM Time Management and supporting implementation and rollout activities.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse local HR and Time Management requirements across Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

Configure SAP HCM Time Management, including schemas, time rules and PCRs.

Support functional design, workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.

Work with SAP HCM Time Evaluation and resolve complex time-related issues.

Ensure integration with SAP HCM PA/OM, Payroll and other HR systems.

Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.

Support testing activities, defect resolution and root cause analysis.

Assist with deployment, go-live and post-implementation activities.
