## About the Role

* Project Management qualifications such as - AgilePM, Scrum, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
 * Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering one or more of the following products - ITSM (e.g. ServiceNow), ERP (e.g. Oracle / SAP), CRM (e.g. Salesforce), Cloud Data Bases (e.g. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, MS Azure).
 * Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
 * Experience working with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, etc.
 * Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

 * Experience of working across Defence, Government, Rail and Transport Sectors.
 * ServiceNow PM experience.

## Description

IT Project Manager, responsible for overseeing and managing various IT projects from initiation to completion. Working closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. A detailed planner, organising, and coordinating all aspects of IT projects to achieve the desired outcomes and business objectives., * Lead the planning, execution, and closing of IT projects in accordance with project management best practices and methodologies.

 * Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
 * Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
 * Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project.
 * Monitor and control project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
 * Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements documents, change requests, and status reports.
 * Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks.
 * Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the project team.
 * Ensure that projects adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
 * Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices.
