## About the Role

* Proven experience operating as an Enterprise Architect, Lead Solutions Architect, or Enterprise Solutions Architect within large, complex environments.
 * Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
 * Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation, cloud migration, or modernisation programmes.
 * Expertise across application, infrastructure, data, security, and integration architecture.
 * Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Azure and/or AWS.
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging at Executive and C-Suite level.

Desirable Skills

 * TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
 * Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities, or other heavily regulated industry experience.
 * Experience with API-led architecture, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
 * Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.

## Description

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join a major transformation programme for a leading organisation based in Edinburgh. This is a high-profile contract role where you'll work closely with business and technology leadership teams to define and deliver enterprise-scale solutions that support strategic objectives and long-term technology roadmaps., * Lead the end-to-end architecture of complex business and technology initiatives.

 * Work with senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technology solutions.
 * Create and maintain architecture artefacts, roadmaps, standards, and design documentation.
 * Provide leadership across solution design, integration, cloud adoption, and modernisation initiatives.
 * Ensure architectural governance and compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
 * Support project delivery teams throughout the full lifecycle from discovery through to implementation.
