 * Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) on a hybrid setting (at least 2 days on-site).
 * You enjoy taking on challenges and finding effective solutions for them.
 * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
 * Ability to build intuitive front-ends with focus on UI/UX and attention to detail.
 * Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Tailwind or Symfony.
 * Comfortable with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
 * Use AI tools in your day-to-day work, like Claude Code/Cowork/Codex.
 * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
 * Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) in English.
