## About the Role

* Several years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, ideally within a consulting or implementation environment.
 * Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
 * Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, Time Off or Time Tracking.
 * Experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementation or transformation projects.
 * Good understanding of HR master data, time management, payroll processes and HR system integrations.
 * Ability to manage customer requirements independently and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
 * Experience conducting workshops and communicating with business and IT stakeholders.
 * SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central and/or Time Management would be advantageous.
 * Interest in emerging HR technologies, automation and AI.
 * Strong communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
 * German and English language skills at B2 level or above.

## Description

* Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management implementation and transformation projects.
 * Advise customers on HR processes, system architecture, solution design and best practices.
 * Configure and optimise SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off and Time Tracking.
 * Analyse existing HR and time management processes and translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
 * Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Payroll and third-party applications.
 * Conduct customer workshops, solution demonstrations and training sessions.
 * Manage implementation activities including configuration, testing, data migration, go-live and post-implementation support.
 * Support application management, release management and continuous system improvements.
 * Collaborate with project managers, developers and other SAP consultants to deliver integrated HR solutions.
 * Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, mentoring and the development of consulting best practices.
