## About the Role

* Strong experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, AI Engineer or Full-Stack Engineer
 * Strong commercial Python development experience
 * Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications
 * Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI and RAG
 * Experience with tools and frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain and Pinecone
 * Full-Stack Engineering experience, with the ability to build applications and integrate AI capabilities
 * Proven experience taking AI features from development through to production
 * Strong API development and integration experience
 * Previous experience working directly with clients, customers or business stakeholders
 * Confident communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
 * Ability to explain technical trade-offs, limitations and different implementation approaches
 * Comfortable gathering requirements, understanding business problems and translating them into technical solutions
 * Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
 * Founder, Co-Founder or Start-up experience is highly desirable
 * Experience building products from the ground up or working in early-stage technology environments would be a major advantage
