## About the Role

The key requirement is strong enterprise network design experience combined with genuine Fortinet Secure SD-WAN expertise.

If you possess a combination of the following, then LETS TALK!:

 * Strong experience designing Fortinet Secure SD-WAN solutions within complex enterprise environments
 * Broad network design knowledge spanning WAN, LAN, routing, switching, security and resilience
 * Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical solutions
 * Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management skills
 * Experience leading design reviews and providing technical governance
 * Confidence presenting technical solutions and running customer workshops

Experience in any of the following would strengthen your application but is not essential:

 * Fortinet certifications such as NSE, FCF or FCSS
 * SASE and Zero Trust
 * AWS, Azure or Google Cloud networking
 * Firewalls and secure access technologies
 * Network automation, orchestration or Infrastructure as Code
 * MPLS and Internet WAN
 * SD-WAN migrations and large-scale network transformation
 * Network strategy and future-state architecture

## Description

We're recruiting for an experienced Network Solution Designer / Network Architect to join a major UK organisation delivering complex, secure network solutions for enterprise customers.

This is a senior, customer-facing technical role with a strong focus on Fortinet Secure SD-WAN, combining hands-on solution design with technical leadership, consultancy and design governance. You'll work with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into secure, scalable and resilient network architectures.

You'll take ownership of network solutions throughout the design lifecycle, working alongside customers, architects, security specialists and delivery teams. Opportunities exist in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and London.

Responsibilities will include:

 * Designing end-to-end enterprise network solutions, with a particular focus on Fortinet Secure SD-WAN
 * Producing solutions across WAN, LAN, routing, switching, security and network resilience
 * Taking designs from initial requirements through to implementation and handover
 * Leading customer workshops and technical design reviews
 * Supporting bids, proposals and pre-sales activity
 * Acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers and senior stakeholders
 * Providing technical governance and reviewing complex network designs
 * Helping develop design standards, frameworks and reusable solution patterns
 * Mentoring colleagues and sharing technical expertise across the wider team
