THE ROLE:
You will take ownership of major engineering initiatives across a PHP/Laravel and React platform, becoming the primary builder responsible for delivering high-quality software into production.
Key responsibilities include:

 * Owning large sprint tickets.
 * Building across the Laravel backend and React frontend.
 * Running releases independently and supporting deployment processes.
 * Reviewing code and helping uphold engineering standards.
 * Collaborating closely with Product, Data and QA teams.
 * Reducing technical debt and improving software quality.
 * Enhancing testing, CI/CD and release automation processes.
