 * Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and structured business information.

 * Ability to meet applicable client access requirements., * Experience supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs.
 * Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications.
 * Experience working with government or large enterprise organizations.
 * Knowledge of data quality, metadata, or data management standards.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

## Description

* Review business processes, procedures, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Analyze real property and related business information from multiple data sources.
 * Develop and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, reports, and user guidance.
 * Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and quality reviews.
 * Review data structures and information models to improve organization and accessibility.
 * Prepare reports, presentations, metrics, and recommendations for management.
 * Coordinate with analysts, GIS professionals, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
