## Description

* Lead design and implementation of scalable, distributed cloud-native solutions.
 * Architect and develop Python-based services supporting real-time bureau orchestration, model serving, and decisioning workflows.
 * Drive technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
 * Mentor engineers through code reviews, design guidance, and best-practice adoption.
 * Lead performance optimization, resiliency, and observability initiatives.
 * Own critical production issues through root cause analysis and resolution.
 * Partner with Product, TPMs, Solution Engineering, and client-facing teams during implementation activities.
 * Define and promote engineering standards, testing strategies, and security best practices.
 * Identify and reduce technical debt while improving long-term maintainability.
 * Drive cloud migration, modernization, and platform engineering initiatives.
 * Support strategic initiatives such as scalability, disaster recovery, vulnerability remediation, and operational excellence programs.
