Desired Skills: * Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or other federal mission systems. * Experience deploying solutions in government or classified cloud environments. * Experience supporting security authorization activities, including the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and applicable security control implementation. * Experience developing hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud architectures. * Experience with Kubernetes and automated application deployment. * Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application delivery. * Experience planning and executing Oracle Database migrations. * Experience with cloud governance, resource tagging, capacity planning, and cost management. * Familiarity with geospatial, data-intensive, or AI-enabled mission workloads. * Relevant OCI architecture, networking, security, or operations certifications.
