## About the Role

Industry Experience: Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, with understanding of A&D manufacturing processes (e.g., pegging, project manufacturing, government contracting compliance)., * Proven hands-on experience architecting and configuring MRP (including project-based MRP/GPD).

 * Deep expertise in PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) for complex constraint-based scheduling.
 * Strong experience with Shop Floor Integration (SFI) and MES integration.
 * Product Ownership: Experience acting as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum development framework.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and advanced planning solutions.
 * Familiarity with defense-specific manufacturing concepts like Earned Value Management (EVM) and actual costing.
 * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
