## About the Role

* 8+ years of overall Project Management experience
 * Strong hands-on experience managing .NET application projects
 * Solid understanding of .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, Web APIs, MVC, SQL Server)
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
 * Proficiency with project tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Experience managing both new development and enhancement projects

Nice to Have

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing .NET application development projects. The ideal candidate has led end-to-end delivery of enterprise or mid-scale .NET solutions and is comfortable working closely with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders in an onsite environment., * Lead and manage .NET application development projects from initiation through delivery

 * Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
 * Work closely with .NET developers, architects, QA teams, and business analysts
 * Track project progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies
 * Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
 * Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or SDLC best practices
 * Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders and leadership
 * Coordinate releases, UAT, and production deployments
 * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
