 * Senior-level experience developing enterprise-level applications using ASP.NET Web Forms 4.8.
 * Extensive in-depth experience with C# to design, develop & modify standard & custom server controls.
 * Experience implementing REST API methods & asynchronous AJAX operations to return data from external sources and complex database systems, (70%) WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
 * Senior-level experience developing enterprise-level applications using ASP.NET Web Forms 4.8.
 * Extensive in-depth experience with C# to design, develop & modify standard & custom server controls.
 * Experience in ALL of the following: HTML, CSS (Sass), modern JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, and basic HTTP protocols.
 * Experience implementing REST API methods & asynchronous AJAX operations to return data from external sources and complex database systems.

(20%) DATABASE DEVELOPMENT

 * Experience with SQL using T-SQL, LINQ, PL/SQL and stored procedures. Experience with data extraction from complex database systems and data warehouses.

(10%) OTHER

 * Analytical skills to evaluate current business processes and to develop automated solutions to enhance the data management functions of current processes.
 * Writing skills to develop technical and operational manuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

## Description

Location: Sacramento, CA - Primarily remote with the expectation that the contractor be on-site to attend any in-person meetings and support activities for assigned projects as needed. Contractor is responsible for any travel expenses to be on-site, which will be minimal at this time. Travel time would not be considered work time., Under general direction of the team supervisor and a lead developer, the agency contractor will serve as a full-stack developer for the uAchieve Degree Audit Implementation project, which is part of the campus-wide Student Information System Upgrade initiative. They will be responsible for building web interfaces and APIs that integrate with vendor-hosted software. They will be expected to have experience developing enterprise-level applications using ASP.NET and C#.
