## Description

Our client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of consumer and safety products, is seeking a Senior Zscaler Engineer to support the deployment, enhancement, and operational management of enterprise Zscaler solutions within a global environment., * Deploy, configure, enhance, and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.

 * Implement and support Zscaler Cloud Connector deployments and enhancements.
 * Manage Zscaler Client Connector rollouts, configurations, policies, and ongoing updates.
 * Configure and maintain Zscaler security policies and secure access capabilities.
 * Troubleshoot Zscaler connectivity, access, policy, and performance issues across enterprise environments.
 * Support Zscaler projects through implementation, testing, production deployment, and operational transition.
 * Participate in critical incident response and troubleshooting, including Priority 1 issues when required.
 * Work with internal infrastructure, security, networking, and global IT teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
 * Coordinate with Zscaler technical support and other vendors as needed.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, implementation guides, and network/security diagrams.
 * Collaborate with global and offshore teams during deployments, enhancements, and production support activities.
