DHAPP supports the U.S. Department of Defense's contribution to the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), advancing global HIV/AIDS prevention, care, treatment, and support programs. This position supports both DHAPP and the Interagency Collaborative for Program Improvement (ICPI) by providing analytical and evaluative support to improve the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of PEPFAR programs and initiatives. The Data Analyst will be based in San Diego, California, at DHAPP headquarters, serving as a full-time member of the ICPI team. The position focuses on data analysis, program evaluation, interagency coordination, and reporting activities that support both headquarters and field operations. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
