## Description

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting Simpro's Salesforce platform and connected systems. This role ensures Salesforce continues to drive efficiency, adoption, and scalability in a fast-paced, sales-driven SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Configure and maintain Salesforce (fields, workflows, validation rules).

 * Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting.
 * Ensure data integrity and maintain system hygiene.
 * Build and manage reports and dashboards to support business needs.
 * Execute system changes through established intake processes.
 * Support testing and release cycles.
 * Maintain documentation of configurations and processes.
 * Assist with integrations and data management.
 * Monitor system performance and usage trends.
 * Leverage AI tools to streamline support and reporting.
