## Description

* Manage PC inventory room while registering newly received PCs with asset tags into the system
 * Process defective PC repairs through a PC repair service vendor
 * Disposal of aged PCs / hard drives through a disposal vendor, and remove the asset from the database
 * Provide phone and email user support and new hire status updates to HR
 * Deployment and retrieval of PC to users and Tier 1 IT at the onsite/remote office
 * Provide support for and maintenance of printers
