## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Proven experience as a PC repair technician or similar role.

 * Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * A+ certification or other relevant IT certifications is preferred but not required.
 * Attention to detail

## Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled technician to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computer systems, we want to hear from you!, * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware in desktop and laptop computers.

 * Perform system upgrades and installation of new hardware, including RAM, hard drives, and peripheral devices.
 * Install operating systems into used and refurbished machines
 * Maintain detailed records of repairs, service requests, and inventory
