Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Word processing?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Assist Property Manager in the management of the apartment community. Responsibilities include bookkeeping and accounting procedures, collections, deposit of all monies, leasing, resident retention, and providing support to the Property Manager in other areas.

 * High School diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
 * Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management as a bookkeeper/assistant manager.
 * Ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
 * Demonstrated ability to handle employee and resident confrontation.
 * Demonstrated organizational skills.
 * Bilingual - English/Spanish.
 * Ability to work every other weekend.
 * Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
 * Excellent communication skills.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
 * Professional appearance and demeanor.
