* An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
 * Bachelor's degree.
 * SEVEN (7) or more years of relevant experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, or applied statistics.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

 * Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
 * Experience supporting Navy, DoD, or defense logistics programs.
 * Experience with Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Qlik, MSS, or NDP.
 * Experience with AI governance and Responsible AI implementation.
 * Knowledge of readiness reporting and operational sustainment analytics.
 * Expert-level experience with Python, SQL, and statistical modeling techniques.
 * Experience building predictive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analytics solutions.
 * Experience working with large-scale operational, logistics, maintenance, or supply chain datasets.
 * Experience leading technical teams and complex analytical initiatives.
 * Experience presenting analytical findings to executive leadership.

## Description

* Lead advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and predictive modeling initiatives supporting Navy readiness modernization.
 * Develop predictive and prescriptive analytical solutions supporting supply chain optimization, weapon system sustainment, inventory positioning, and operational readiness.
 * Oversee development of machine learning models, simulations, forecasting capabilities, and optimization algorithms.
 * Lead analytical activities supporting senior leader decision-making environments.
 * Establish analytical methodologies, validation procedures, and model governance frameworks.
 * Translate operational requirements into actionable analytical solutions and recommendations.
 * Mentor Data Scientists and Data Analysts while guiding technical execution across workstreams.
 * Collaborate with Government stakeholders to identify readiness risks, logistics constraints, and operational opportunities.
 * Support enterprise reporting, executive decision-making, and campaign plan initiatives.
