* Provide L2L3 production support for Java based applications.
 * Troubleshoot application issues related to Java Spring Boot UI and backend components.
 * Analyse logs metrics and s using Splunk and Dynatrace.
 * Support applications deployed on Linux environments.
 * Perform incident problem and change management as per ITIL practices.
 * Investigate database issues using Oracle SQL.
 * Identify root causes perform RCA and suggest permanent fixes.
 * Support deployment release and post release verification activities.
 * Develop or update Ansible playbooks for automation and configuration tasks.
 * Work with development teams to resolve defects and implement enhancements.
 * Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with stakeholders.
 * Maintain production documentation SOPs and runbooks.
 * Participate in rotational shifts and on call support.
