Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity software.
 * Familiarity with networking concepts, troubleshooting, and hardware setup.
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft 365
 * Accounting background or course work is a plus.
 * Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
 * Hands-on experience in a real-world IT environment.

## Description

Reports to: Data Systems Manager, The IT Associate will assist with troubleshooting, technical support, system maintenance, and various IT projects., * Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

 * Support the IT team in setting up and configuring computers, printers, and other devices.
 * Install, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
 * Help monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
 * Respond to user requests for technical support and document resolutions.
 * Assist in cybersecurity awareness efforts and best practices.
 * Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or new technology implementations.
 * Maintain IT documentation, including asset tracking and user manuals.
 * Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
