 + Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent years of experience.
 * Data Modeling Expertise:
 + Strong experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
 + Proficiency in designing schemas for relational databases and non-relational data structures (e.g., JSON, GraphQL).
 * Business Acumen:
 + Ability to understand and align data models with business goals.
 + Strong communication skills to drive discussions with business stakeholders.
 * Critical Thinking:
 + Ability to independently analyze complex problems and connect the dots across systems and processes.
 * SQL Proficiency:
