## About the Role

## Description

* Design, deploy, and support enterprise, campus, data center, and WAN network infrastructure.
 * Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing.
 * Support network technologies including routing, switching, wireless, network security, DNS, DHCP, and load balancing.
 * Perform onsite troubleshooting of network, server, and application connectivity issues.
 * Lead network upgrades, hardware refreshes, migrations, and infrastructure expansion projects.
 * Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
 * Analyze packet captures, routing tables, logs, and monitoring data to identify and resolve complex network issues.
 * Support data center networking technologies and high-availability network designs.
 * Assist with cloud networking integration across Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
 * Participate in incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational reviews.
 * Collaborate with server, storage, cloud, security, and application teams to deliver infrastructure solutions.
 * Utilize network monitoring and analytics platforms to proactively identify and resolve issues.
 * Participate in on-call support and maintenance activities as required.
 * Contribute to automation initiatives through scripting and operational efficiency improvements.
