## About the Role

Key Requirements:

 * 8+ years Oracle eBusiness Suite experience, preferably Oracle EBS 12.2+.
 * Experience developing and implementing Oracle EBS solutions.
 * Strong experience with:

 * Accounts Payable
 * General Ledger
 * Purchasing
 * iRecruitment
 * Human Resources
 * Time & Labor

Oracle Forms and Reports.

Oracle JDeveloper / Java., Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile team.

Preferred Skills:

 * 8+ years Azure DevOps experience.
 * Experience with VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial systems.
 * Power BI reports, dashboards and desktop reporting.
 * Experience with Virginia State Government applications.
 * Agile development experience.

## Description

The position will serve as one of two senior developers supporting SCC's HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite (eSCC) application. The role involves Oracle EBS development, requirements analysis, application maintenance, production support, testing, debugging, implementation and technical documentation within an Agile development team., * Develop, modify, test, debug and implement Oracle EBS applications.

 * Translate business requirements into database and application solutions.
 * Support Oracle EBS production systems.
 * Design and develop application programs and system components.
 * Perform unit and system testing.
 * Support User Acceptance Testing.
 * Define input/output requirements.
 * Support production implementation and application changes.
 * Develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
 * Provide knowledge transfer to SCC staff.
 * Collaborate with customers and technical team members.
 * Follow established coding standards, development policies and procedures.
