## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience navigating complex customer environments, including receiving and implementing requirements
 * 2+ years of experience building prototype applications using languages such as Python or Go
 * 1+ years of experience implementing and working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
 * Experience working with a major cloud provider in a production environment
 * Ability to troubleshoot across distributed systems, including logs, metrics, and debugging integration issues
 * Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
 * HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with API integrations, including REST, webhooks, or authentication flows
 * Experience implementing and troubleshooting authentication or authorization mechanisms, including OAuth2, SAML, or OpenID Connect
 * Experience working in a customer-facing engineering role such as in a Solutions Engineer or Implementation Engineer role
 * Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, including Terraform, CloudFormation, and Pulumi
 * Experience with identity providers such as Okta, Auth0, or Azure AD
 * Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems, including Kafka, SNS and SQS, or publish-subscribe (Pub/Sub)
 * Experience with networking fundamentals, including DNS, TLS, load balancing, and firewalls
 * Knowledge of wireless communications especially 5G Wireless and O-RAN systems
 * Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
