## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

 * 9+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, with strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Special Purpose Ledger.

 * Proven S/4HANA implementation/support experience (preferred); familiarity with Rights Management Systems.

 * Expertise in FICO integrations with MM/SD and Fiori apps.

 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently in a collaborative, global team.

## Description

* Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions, collaborating with developers on design, testing, and implementation.

 * Lead configuration in GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Special Purpose Ledger modules.

 * Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, Rights Management, Sales Operations) to deliver tailored solutions and enhancements.

 * Resolve issues, optimize processes, and support finance projects, SAP upgrades, and integrations with systems like SAP IPM, BW, and BPC.

 * Support quarter-end/year-end closes, ensure audit compliance, and maintain data integrity.

 * Train end-users and act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders.
