* Lead the automation testing team to design develop and maintain automated tests using Tricentis Tosca
 * Proven experience in leading onsite offshore teams with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication
 * Develop and implement automation testing strategies frameworks and standards
 * Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing needs and develop automation solutions
 * Strong expertise in Tosca automation tools Tosca Commander Test Case Design Tosca API Tosca TDM
 * Ensure that the Tosca automation framework is maintained efficiently and can be reused across multiple projects
 * Conduct code reviews and ensure that scripts developed by team members follow best practices for maintainability and performance
