 * Knowledge of firmware updates, remote connect/disconnect, event monitoring
 * Familiarity with CIS, OMS, GIS integrations
 * Exposure to utility billing and field operations workflows

Job Description: Seeking an Application Support Engineer to manage and support AMI systems for a utility client. The role includes Support for AMI Project upgrades, system monitoring, incident handling, integration checks, user access management, and ensuring reliable AMI operations across environments., Advanced metering Project Support

 * AMI upgrade project Support
 * Monitor HES, MDMS, communication networks, and data flow.
 * Track integration status and job performance., * Proven experience with Windows Server 2019, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
 * Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, such as system administration, package management, and security hardening.
 * Basic understanding of network communications, including protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
 * Fundamental scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation and routine tasks.
 * Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

User Access & Security

 * Handle user setup, removal, and password resets.
 * Ensure compliance with security and access policies.

Reporting & Documentation

 * Validate data loads, VEE processes, and reconciliation reports.
 * Prepare weekly/monthly operational summaries.
 * Maintain SOPs and technical documentation.

Collaboration

 * Coordinate with network, server, functional, and vendor teams.
 * Support deployments, patching, and maintenance windows.
