## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.

## Description

The Application Engineer serves as a technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and engineering groups to support the successful implementation of advanced electromechanical and energy-related technologies. This role focuses on translating customer requirements into effective technical solutions, providing application support, and assisting with system integration efforts across a variety of industrial and commercial applications.

The position requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work directly with customers to support product deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical needs.
Responsibilities

 * Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
 * Support product integration activities and assist customers during implementation and deployment phases.
 * Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Troubleshoot system and component performance issues and conduct root-cause investigations as needed.
 * Assist in the development of technical proposals, project documentation, and customer-facing presentations.
 * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business development.
 * Serve as a technical resource during customer meetings, project reviews, and onsite visits.
 * Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
