## Description

In this role, you will lead engineering squads delivering secure, scalable digital products that power Allstate's insurance services. You will define technical strategy, oversee solution design, and ensure high-quality delivery across cloud, data, and integration platforms. Partnering closely with product and business leaders, you'll drive modernization, mentor engineers, and champion engineering best practices within a culture of innovation, integrity, and inclusion., * Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable insurance and digital solutions
